at the Arc de Triomphe -- Julie

I have been lucky enough to be on the design team for Sultane/InfoCrea since 2007. Sarah and Fabien saw my work in the Two Peas Gallery and asked me to join the team. I was thrilled to design a paper line for Sultane along the way. It was released in January of 2009 and I learned a lot in the process of creating it. This company has always been extraordinarily kind to me and I appreciate it.

I'm trimming back on my design team commitments so that I can spend more time pursuing some personal artistic goals and this will be my last project for Sultane/InfoCrea.

I used paper from the collection that I designed, Psychedelik.

I love the way the layout turned out.

You can see that I used lots of gesso to blend the papers together and then plenty of painted words.

I am becoming more and more dependant on my sewing machine! Can't seem to finish a layout without some stitch work!

This stamp originally had some text along the bottom, but I just cut it off. Ah, the beauty of acrylic stamps! They're so easy to customize for your needs!

Let me say one more thank you to Sultane/InfoCrea, all the design girlies, Fabien and Sarah, and all the blog readers for being so lovely to me for the past three years.

Thanks you and goodbye!
